In the case, I processed an Avon order without pre-payment, delivery of the items have to be made during the delivery week after the order was placed.
After the Avon order arrives, I check the products to make sure all the items ordered are in the box; defect free.
Then, I start creating the Avon invoices and notify customers to schedule delivery for the following week.
All orders have to be delivered in the delivery week.
For orders not paid and there is no response from the customer, the order will no longer be available for delivery. And, I regret that I will have to flag you as a non-paying customer. Hope that you understand that I am running a business.
For paid orders, I only would like my customers to communicate with me when we can do the delivery during the delivery week or arrange for pickup.
